Returns Policy

1. ONLINE RETURNS

We want you to be completely happy with your online purchase, therefore, if you change your mind for any reason, we are more than happy to accept a return on any full priced item subject to the following conditions:
  • The item must be returned within 21 days of purchase.
  • Your order number is provided as proof of purchase (refer to original email).
  • Original Tags are attached to all items.
  • Items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed with hygiene sticker still in place (Please make sure that swimwear is tried on over your own underwear. In the interests of hygiene, we may refuse where it’s obvious that this has not be done).
  • A Returns Form is completed and enclosed with the items in your returns parcel. PRINT YOUR RETURN FORM HERE

- Sale Items

  • Sale items will not be accepted for return, exchange or credit note.
  • All sale items are a Final Sale and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion.
  • Returns and refunds for change of mind are not available on these items.
  • Sale items will only be refunded in cases where the product is faulty or the incorrect item is received or exchanged for another size, if in stock.

2. EXCHANGES

We currently do not process exchanges. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing a new order for the item you would like to purchase, and return the existing item for a full refund as per the process outlined above (online returns)

3. FAULTY ITEMS

If you would like to return a faulty item please contact us to arrange a returns postage label to be sent to you. HamecSpirit offers FREE returns (but not for change of mind) using an Australia Post label.

Please email us at: - hello@hamecspirit.com.au and we will forward you an Australia Post Returns Label. Package all items you wish to return with the completed RETURNS FORM in a satchel, or re-use the original packaging if suitable. Secure the returns label to the outside of the package. Remember to remove any old postage labels if re-using the original packaging.

4. REFUND PAYMENTS

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 5 business days of HamecSpirit receiving the returned item/s. Notification will be sent to the nominated email address on the original transaction. Refunds will be issued excluding the original shipping cost. Please Note: HamecSpirit cannot be held accountable for banking institution processing time frames.

Notes and Special Conditions:

  • For security and peace of mind we strongly suggest using registered post, as we are not liable for lost return parcels. Please allow up to 7 business days for us to receive your return.
  • Once your parcel is received, we will inspect and process the goods and you should expect to receive your refund within 7 business days from date of receipt.
  • We will email you confirmation of your refund back via your original payment method.
  • Currently we do not offer a free returns service.
  • We are not liable for lost return parcels.
  • If any item is faulty or damaged, please contact us to arrange for a return post label at our expense.
