HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?

Australian Standard Delivery

  • All displayed prices are in AUD.
  • All clothing and swimwear orders a flat rate of $10 and all accessories a flat rate of $5 will be charged.

Standard International Delivery

  • We are excited to announce we now offer international delivery to New Zealand.
  • All orders are a flat rate $15.
  • Receive your delivery NZ 6+ working Days.
  • Our courier for Standard International delivery is Australia Post.

HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?

Please read our Return Policy in detail on how the returns process works.

WHAT IF THE ITEM/S I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We work hard to ensure all items are of the highest quality. However if your item/s are faulty or damaged please contact: hello@hamecspirit.com.au to arrange for a return postage label at our cost and we will replace or refund your money.

I’M RETURNING SOME ITEMS. WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?

Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service. Please note we are not liable for lost return parcels hence we suggest registered postage as a safe guaranteed return. 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ONCE PLACED?

We sadly cannot change the order once it is placed. Don’t worry though, you can send it back as an exchange when you receive it.

CAN I RETURN A SALE ITEM FOR A REFUND OR CREDIT?

Refunds and returns are not available on sale items, unless the sale item is damaged or faulty.

I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PARCEL AND WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL IT?

If you get in touch with us before your order is dispatched we can accommodate order cancellations. Contact us and we will do what we can. If your items have been shipped we are unfortunately unable to cancel your order.

I PAID FOR MY ORDER USING A CREDIT CARD HOWEVER WOULD LIKE A REFUND ON ANOTHER CREDIT CARD?

Unfortunately this is not possible. All refunds on full priced items will be credited back to the payment method used to make the original payment.

MY ORDER WAS CONFIRMED BUT I HAVE BEEN CONTACTED THAT AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK. WHY IS THIS?

On rare occasions an item may be damaged or missing and we only find out when we go to pack your order. This does not happen often and we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement of the item/s if this should happen.

SALE ITEMS.

Sale items can only be refunded where the item/s are faulty or incorrect item/s received. All sale item/s are final sale.
